The Future Real Estate Teams (onshore + offshore + AI + automation)

Two independent pieces this week directly rebut the “AI will just replace offshore staff” assumption.

HSBC Global Investment Research (via Philstar, 8 Sept 2026) found Philippine business-service exports have kept rising with “no collapse evident” from AI, and argued the more likely story is AI lifting productivity and shifting what roles are needed rather than eliminating the sector — some positions are becoming obsolete while demand grows for others as employer skill requirements evolve.

ING’s research, covered by Manila Bulletin (16 Sept 2026), corroborates this with the same headline theme: AI is reshaping, not shrinking, outsourcing demand as higher-value services grow.
