July Commendations: Our VAs Are Being Noticed

At REassist, we place virtual assistants into real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand — skilled, committed people showing up every day and doing the work. When the agencies they support take the time to write in and say something, we listen. And we celebrate.

This time, we received glowing feedback for two members of our team. Two different VAs, two different offices, two different ways of being told the same thing: this person makes a difference. Here they are.

The Commendations

Angelica Magalim

Angelica Magalim

Richmond & Windsor — Catherine Rayward

“Angelica is an exceptional communicator. Her work ethic is of a high standard — always checking in to make sure she is completing tasks to a satisfactory level. We are very satisfied with the quality and how quickly she performs the requested tasks. She has excelled at how quickly she adapts to new processes and learns new tasks, and she always asks lots of questions when she is unsure.”

Catherine’s feedback captures exactly what makes a placement work: communication, initiative, and speed of learning. Angelica doesn’t just complete tasks — she checks in, asks the right questions, and adapts to new processes almost immediately. Over the past few months she has taken on a growing number of new responsibilities without hesitation. For a busy office, a VA who learns fast and never shies away from something new quickly becomes indispensable.

Aaron Feliciano

Ray White Ferntree Gully

“He constantly goes above and beyond. We recently had an audit that required uploading numerous files to each property within a short timeframe, and Aaron absolutely smashed it. We are very fortunate to have him, and we love that he is part of our team.”

Aaron’s commendation is a textbook example of a VA making the difference when it counts. Faced with a time-pressured audit and a heavy volume of files to upload across every property, he didn’t just keep pace — he absolutely smashed it. When an office says they feel fortunate to have someone and that they love having them on the team, that’s not a courtesy — that’s the kind of integration REassist is built to deliver.

Why this matters

Commendations like these don’t happen in a vacuum. They are the result of consistent work, reliable communication, and a genuine commitment to the offices these VAs support. In an industry where trust is everything and principals are protective of their teams and their clients, being described as a valued team member — rather than an external resource — is significant.

For REassist, feedback like this is more than a reason to celebrate. It is evidence that the model works: that placing skilled, well-supported Filipino virtual assistants into real estate agencies produces real outcomes — not just efficiency gains on paper, but relationships that agencies don’t want to be without.

To Angelica and Aaron — thank you for representing REassist the way you do. The work you put in every day is seen, and this time, it was put in writing.
