Celebrating 11 Years: Inside the REassist Anniversary Celebration
Eleven years ago, REassist set out to change how Australian and New Zealand real estate agencies think about support staff. What started as a small team offering property management and administrative support has grown into a company trusted by agencies across both countries, including a Ray White-endorsed panel partnership built on years of consistent, reliable work. This year, that milestone was marked the way it should be, with the whole team together in one room, dressed head to toe in bohemian style, and not a single quiet moment from start to finish.
The night kicked off with a department roll call, each team taking their turn to walk out and show off their boho-inspired outfits in front of the whole company. Property Management, Sales Administration, Trust Accounting, Compliance, and every other department got their moment in the spotlight, and the good-natured competition between teams set an energetic tone from the very first minute. It was a small thing on paper, but it set up the rest of the night perfectly: this was a celebration built around the people who show up for our clients every single day, now finally getting a night that was entirely their own.

A Runway Worth the Wait
Between the minor and major raffle draws, which kept the whole room on edge waiting for their table number to be called, the evening’s energy hit its peak for the outfit runway. One by one, employees who had gone all in on the bohemian theme took their turn on the floor, with fringe, flowing fabrics, and layered accessories on full display. In the end, one winner each for Boho Chic and Boho Guy took the crown after a genuinely close contest.
Dinner, Performances, and a Night to Remember
As the runway wrapped up, the evening moved into dinner, with a grazing table stretching the length of the room and open bar stations keeping the celebration flowing well into the night. Rather than a straightforward sit-down dinner, the evening turned into one continuous show, with our Virtual Assistants and Support Teams taking the stage throughout for a run of intermission performances that had the whole room up on its feet between courses.
Later in the evening, a video recap played through the highlights of the past year, a look back at the milestones, the new client partnerships, and the everyday wins that don’t always get celebrated in the moment. It was a reminder of just how much the team has grown and accomplished together over the last twelve months alone, let alone the eleven years since REassist first started.
Eleven Candles, One Team
As the night continued, Ian and Andrew stepped up to lead the ceremonial cake cutting, marking eleven years of REassist in front of the very people who have built that story with them, year after year. There were no long speeches needed. The room understood exactly what the moment meant: eleven years of growth, of partnerships built and kept, and of a team that has consistently shown up for agencies across Australia and New Zealand. It was a simple moment, but the kind that says more about a company than any milestone report ever could.
A Room Full of the People Who Make It Happen
More than anything, this year’s celebration was proof of how much REassist has grown, not just in client partnerships and the range of services we offer, but in the size and spirit of the team behind them. Every table was filled with real people doing real work for real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand, day in and day out, and for one night, they got to celebrate that together, without a client call or a deadline in sight.
