PropertyMe just put AI directly on top of your live property management data.
Their new AiMe Connect feature (launched 8 October) lets agencies connect their own Claude or ChatGPT account and ask plain-language questions about portfolios, tenancies, inspections, maintenance jobs and renewals — with answers back as tables, charts and dashboards. It’s already live across roughly 6,500 agencies.
PropertyMe’s CEO put it simply: “AI needs clean data and context to be accurate and helpful.”
That’s the real story here. The question for most agencies isn’t “should we use AI on our PM system” anymore — it’s “can we trust what it tells us?” And that comes down to whether someone’s had time to keep the records behind it current: closed-off maintenance jobs, logged arrears notes, up-to-date contacts.
That’s steady, process-driven work. It’s exactly where a trained offshore specialist earns their keep — not replacing the AI, but making sure it has something true to work with.
Quick test for your own portfolio: pick ten random tenancies and check the last inspection date, open jobs and renewal status. However that goes is a pretty good read on what any AI layered on top would actually tell you.
What’s your experience been — is your data AI-ready, or just AI-hopeful?
