Commendation Alert: Our VAs Are Being Noticed
At REassist, we place virtual assistants into real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand — skilled, committed people showing up every day and doing the work. When the agencies they support take the time to write in and say something, we listen. And we celebrate.
This month, we received unsolicited commendations for four members of our team. Four different VAs, four different offices, four different ways of being told: this person makes a difference. Here they are.
The Commendations
Angelie Acosta
Ray White Sutherland Shire Group — Nicole Taunton, General Manager
“We are very happy with Angelie, and we always find her to be very helpful and efficient. She’s always willing to take on additional tasks and offers assistance when she has time to fill. We love having Angelie as a valued member of our team.”
Angelie’s willingness to go beyond her core tasks is exactly what REassist looks for. When a General Manager describes someone as a valued member of our team, that’s not a polite sign-off — that’s integration. Angelie has made herself indispensable.
Fearlyn Tictic
Ray White Hervey Bay — Abbey Clayton, Team Leader Property Management
“Only positive feedback for Fearlyn, she has been great! Communication is amazing along with her timely attendance to all matters. If we ever have any issues we contact Fearlyn, in which she rectifies anything required immediately.”
Communication and responsiveness are the two qualities property management teams need most from a virtual assistant — and Fearlyn is delivering both without exception. Abbey Clayton went on to note that Fearlyn has been given additional responsibilities including lease renewals, a clear sign of trust earned through consistent performance.
Reyland Fernandez
RWC Northern Corridor Group — Dylan Fitzpatrick, Chief Information Officer, and Bianca Nash
“Thank you for everything you did last week. I appreciate with Lean and Zaires away that it was quite challenging managing your workload and there’s even with the assistance of Michelle and Yel. You all did a splendid job and we are so grateful and appreciative of all your work.”
Reyland was recognised for stepping up during a demanding week when key team members were absent — managing an increased workload and delivering without dropping the standard. A second message from Bianca Nash added simply: “Agreed! Thanks so much Reylan — You are a superstar!” Two commendations in one week speaks for itself.
Zuriel Elep
RWC Northern Corridor Group — Dylan Fitzpatrick, Chief Information Officer
“Oh my goodness Yel you are doing a great job juggling all these tasks! Keep up the great work :)”
Short, direct, and completely genuine. Zuriel — known to the team as Yel — was praised for juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and doing so with enough capability that the CIO felt compelled to put it in writing. Sometimes the most meaningful feedback is the kind that comes without prompting and says exactly what it means.
Why this matters
Commendations like these don’t happen in a vacuum. They are the result of months of consistent work, reliable communication, and a genuine commitment to the offices these VAs support. In an industry where trust is everything and principals are protective of their teams and their clients, being described as a valued team member — rather than an external resource — is significant.
For REassist, these commendations are more than a reason to celebrate. They are evidence that the model works: that placing skilled, well-supported Filipino virtual assistants into real estate agencies produces real outcomes — not just efficiency gains on paper, but relationships that agencies don’t want to be without.
To Angelie, Fearlyn, Reyland, and Zuriel — thank you for representing REassist the way you do. The work you put in every day is seen, and this month, it was put in writing.
