It’s starts with a clear articulation of the skill-set you need. Early in the process, we’ll jump on a call with you and talk through the position you’re looking to fill as well as chat about soft skills and personality.
It’s not uncommon to receive over 100 applicants for each position, so we take our time to work through them and extract the very best for client review.
We'll put forward a shortlist of CVs for your evaluation. This is an opportunity to evaluate work experience and capabilities for potential fit with your real estate business. Together, we'll decide which candidates should be invited to interview.
Your business is likely to have very specific needs with regards to its processes and operations. We’ll onboard the selected candidate, setting up security protocols and supporting you with VA comms, logins and task commencement. This will ensure they hit the ground running.
After we place your VA we’ll support you throughout the initial phase and beyond to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. On occasion, some clients find that they need someone with a slightly different skillset. That’s OK. We’ll look to source a better match for you if this is what you need.

Tasks are typically discussed with us via an e-meeting where you outline the scope and requirements. In many cases we can provide a fixed-price quote within 24 hours. For more complex tasks we may complete a small sample first to better gauge the work involved to calculate a fixed-price quote.

Once we get your go ahead we’ll get cracking. Your project is assigned to a dedicated project coordinator who develops a clear step-by-step procedure to guide task completion. We then assemble a project team with the right mix of skills to execute the work efficiently.

The assembled team will begin work on your task. Your Project Coordinator will be your single point of contact and they’ll reach out to you if there are any questions or require any additional information throughout the process.

We’ll keep you informed at every step of the Project. Prefer daily updates? You’ve got it. Weekly summaries more your style? No problem. Whatever your preference we’ll keep you in the loop from start to finish—ensuring your project stays on track and is completed to your satisfaction.
