Every quarter we recognise Team Members for performance, attendance and alignment to our values. Nominations are gathered from the entire Team with 8 individuals selected as nominees. The categories we recognise in choosing our employee of the quarter are….

- “Superstar” of the quarter which recognises Team Members who go above and beyond.
Our Employee of the Year is selected from all nominated Team Members.
