Any specific licensing or software charges required to access client systems and perform client specific tasks is the responsibility of the client.
Quoted Price will be invoiced a. For projects under $500, full amount will be invoiced at the completion of the project b. For projects between $500 & $2000, half the quoted amount will be invoiced at 50% completion, with the balance invoiced upon completion c. For projects over $2000, Task/project will be invoiced on a progressive basis, depending on the quoted amount and the number of man hours quoted for the job. Each task/project will be invoiced on an individual basis. All invoicing will be fortnightly in AUD, and exclude GST (where applicable)
For all projects, REassist charges a $75.00 ex GST Project Establishment Charge. This covers for the onboarding of the project, including, but not limited to, Process preparation, VA training, Client Return Demonstration\s, VA management and monitoring, as well as spot checking upon the completion.
REassist also reserves the right to engage a “Debt Collection Agency” to obtain payments outstanding at 21+ days.
REassist shall engage Virtual Assistant(s) on behalf of the Client to perform services as requested by the Client as outlined in the quotation.
REassist warrants that it will provide uninterrupted, efficient and competent services as may be reasonably expected. Client agrees that REassist shall not be held liable for the non-completion or interruption of the Virtual Assistant(s) services when the same is due to force majeure, acts of God or any fortuitous event, such as but not limited to fires, flood, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, typhoons or other causes beyond REassist’s control which will render the performance of this Agreement impossible.
REassist agrees and undertakes not to deliberately and maliciously disclose to any Third Party any and all material and confidential information pertaining to the Client which REassist or its Virtual Assistant(s) may have acquired or which may have been disclosed to them in course of the performance of the services, unless otherwise specifically authorised by the Client for a particular transaction. REassist shall take the necessary steps to cause its officers, agents, and Virtual Assistant(s) to observe the provisions hereof as may be reasonably expected under the circumstances.
